Judicial Debt Collection
The
creditor can recover his bad credit through the
standard legal procedure, generally lasting some
months. Such a legal proceeding is followed by a payment
injunction issued by the Court that orders the
payment of the debt, in addition to interest and some
legal expenses. In order to obtain the Court’s
injunction (Decreto Ingiuntivo), the creditor should
provide the Judge with written evidence regarding the
debt’s existence.
