collected. All expenses required to accomplish the
collection service are charged to the debtor.
Each
credit recovery case has to be judged on its own merits and the course of action depends on the amount of the debt, the debtor's
assets and the feasibility of recovering our costs.
Before
suggesting any legal (court) proceedings, our debt
collectors and offices take the following actions:
- Legal Litigation Letter (required by Italian law)
- Repeated telephone calls / faxes / letters
- Personal visits by Licenced Sollicitors
- Court Proceedings information collection
Regular reports (bimonthly, monthly, quarterly)
are sent to our clients, depending on either developments
occurred or actions taken.
