reports and company related solvency issues from pre-legal to

Collectors and sollicitors are authorized by Italian laws to supply debt collection
services for our agency, according to Licences issued by local police administration- (ext: art.115 of T.U.L.P.S. of 1931- Consolidated Act of Public Safety Laws)
 In order to
achieve the most efficient results to our clients, the bad debt
collectors are required to understand the nature of any debt
recovery assignment prior to commence the collection action, through our database, investigation, enquiries and client's given information.
